Job Description:

As an Experienced Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities for our clients. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively translate business needs into actionable insights and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the business analysis function, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technology strategies.
3. Develop detailed functional requirements, business process models, and user stories.
4. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
5. Design and execute testing plans for new or modified systems.
6. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
7. Coach junior analysts and contribute to the professional development of the team.
8. Stay current with emerging trends in business analysis, technology, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree could be advantageous.
2. Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in business analysis in a consulting or equivalent system implementation environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex projects and engage with senior stakeholders.
4. Expertise in business analysis methodologies, including use case development, user story mapping, and process modeling.
5. Proficiency in business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization software.
6. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with Scrum frameworks.
7. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
