Responsibilities:
Managing Agent- Key resource person to assist with residents’ queries and custodial care needs.
- Arrange care and support services as requested by residents
- Oversee all care services and operational support services in the CCA, including facility and furniture maintenance, cleanliness and logistics.
- Monitor and feedback on vendors and contractors performance of contracted housekeeping, repair and maintenance services.
- Procurement of consumables and items necessary for delivery of services.
- Liaise with organisational and individual entities on activities and programmes.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of residents’ records.
- Undertake appointments relating to facility management of the premises e.g. Fire Warden
- Conduct onboarding of new residents, e.g. Unit Tour, Onboarding engagement
- Conduct resident engagements and check-ins at appropriate junctures to ensure their well-being and needs are met.
- Develop understanding of the history and needs of CCA residents.
- Update and promote events to residents through various communication platforms.
- Build relations with residents’ NOK to support residents to age-in-place.
- Together with Associate Executive Programmes, to plan, develop and implement meaningful programmes for residents to participate.
- Manage and maintain a pool of volunteers.
- Data tracking of engagement programmes
- Collect data for management and KPI reporting and tracking
- Any other duty as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Passionate in working with the elderly, willing to learn
- Good understanding of working with older persons
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office proficiency)
- Team player who is organized and meticulous at work
- Hospitality and Community Care sector background or experience will be an advantage
