My client is looking for a versatile Regional IT Systems Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure) to serve as the technical backbone of our regional operations. This isn't just a "maintenance" role—you will have the autonomy to drive improvements across our entire IT spectrum, from traditional Data Centers to cutting-edge Cloud environments.
about the job- Lead the technical implementation of regional ICT projects, ensuring seamless integration between on-prem Data Centers and Cloud environments (Azure & AWS).
- Maintain and optimize our VMWare clusters, Server OS (Windows/Linux), and critical backup/DR strategies.
- Drive our Azure and AWS footprint. You’ll be the go-to person for cloud configuration, security, and scalability.
- Identify "bottlenecks" in our current regional IT setup and proactively propose/implement modernized solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned IT projects, from initial scoping to final delivery and documentation.
skills and experience required ...
Ideally mid-career (approx. 8–12 years of experience) with a track record in enterprise-scale environments.
Proven experience in Data Center management, VMWare virtualization, and Server Administration.
While a PMP or Prince2 accreditation is a plus, we value the ability to manage projects.

The permanent opportunity for a Regional IT Systems Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure), will pay a salary range of $ 9,000 - $ 12,000 plus benefits.
