About the role

We are seeking a part-time Account and Admin Assistant to join our team at ATA EVENT & VACATION HUB PTE LTD' in Woodlands Regional Centre, North Region. This role will provide crucial administrative and accounting support to help the company achieve its goals.

What you'll be doing

Manage accounts payable and include receipts
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the finance and administrative functions

What we're looking for

At least 1 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive and organised approach to work
