Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations, costing sheets, and process sales orders efficiently.
Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and manage timely order fulfilment.
Maintain up-to-date sales records, reports, and data in internal systems.
Provide prompt customer service support and identify opportunities for cross-selling where appropriate.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, inside sales, or customer service, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Business Central software is an advantage.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while being a supportive team player.
