IT Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined timelines and budgets
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational processes
Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear project updates
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager handling end-to-end project delivery
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Domain experience in IT / Software / Infrastructure / Business Transformation
