Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Drive user acquisition and performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI, conversion, and growth metrics
Lead content marketing efforts including campaign planning, copywriting, social media strategy, and audience engagement
Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and product teams to support commercial objectives
Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and digital channels to expand market reach
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, lead generation, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication, project management, and execution capabilities
