Cybersecurity Analyst (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to support the organisation's information security posture through strong policy management, risk governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity governance and manage internal audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain security policies aligned to ISO 27001, NIST, CIS frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with MAS TRM Guidelines, CCoP, and relevant standards.
• Maintain a security risk register and support remediation efforts.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments and monitor vendor compliance.
• Drive security awareness and training initiatives across departments.
• Stay ahead of threat trends and recommend preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance or related functions.
• Familiarity with financial or payments sector regulations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills.
