The Opportunity:

1. Procurement Executive| Manufacturing
2. Permanent Role | Salary up to $3800+ AWS + VB
3. Location: West | 5 days work week

They are seeking a Procurement Executive to source for their technical products and handle import/export operations.

The Job:

• Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for technical products, systems, and office equipment.
• Handle daily procurement activities, including price negotiation and vendor management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order issues.
• Manage procurement documentation, including POs, invoices, and receipts.
• Oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and shipment requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and freight costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The Talent:

• 3 years of experience in logistics planning, purchasing and shipping documentation
• Knowledge on import/export processes, incoterms and free trade agreement
