Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised, one-on-one reception services to customers under an appointment-based system.
- Explain treatment procedures and associated costs clearly to customers in a non-sales capacity.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies to support operational needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the centre, prepare supplies and equipment, and serve refreshments to customers.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support store operations.
- Accompany and provide interpretation support for executives visiting from Japan.
- Carry out additional operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in reception, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients, customers, executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Chinese language is for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients, customers, executives and stakeholders.
- Strong hospitality mindset with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts up to 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to handle administrative tasks.
- Experience in reception duties is an added advantage.
- Experience in retail, cosmetics, or the beauty industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in interpretation is an added advantage.
- Experience working with VIP clients is an added advantage.
