Reception & Customer Service Executive (Japanese & Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised, one-on-one reception services to customers under an appointment-based system.
• Explain treatment procedures and associated costs clearly to customers in a non-sales capacity.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies to support operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the centre, prepare supplies and equipment, and serve refreshments to customers.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support store operations.
• Accompany and provide interpretation support for executives visiting from Japan.
• Carry out additional operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in reception, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients, customers, executives and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients, customers, executives and stakeholders.
• Strong hospitality mindset with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts up to 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle administrative tasks.
• Experience in reception duties is an added advantage.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, or the beauty industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in interpretation is an added advantage.
• Experience working with VIP clients is an added advantage.
