Payroll & Finance Manager - Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including wage calculation, deductions, benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, CPF contributions, and leave entitlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records (employee data, performance reviews, disciplinary actions).
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Submit monthly payroll reports and statutory filings on time.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and issue monthly billing invoices, and reconcile payments using SAP.
• Process vendor and inter-company payments via online banking.
• Generate and review finance reports to support monthly financial closing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a payroll and HR management role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR and payroll software; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong compliance and record-keeping skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and task prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across all levels.
• CEI and/or iHRP certification preferred.
