ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and leading our content strategy to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and ultimately support our business objectives.

Job Description:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports our china local brand's objectives and aligns with our target audience's needs and preferences. (Tools: WeChat, Toutiao, Zhihu)
  • Create and maintain a content calendar that outlines content themes, formats, and distribution channels.
  • Liaise directly with Senior Management and Key Stakeholders.
  • Create a detailed execution plan for Wechat marketing, including content creation for clients, identify the strategy, the tone, and voice for the company.
  • Day to day management and development of editorial content on website and blog pages.
  • Monitor conversation and reporto on Wechat metrics.
  • Create interesting content for Wechat advertising webiste and blog page.
  • Directly manage KOL to increase client brand awarness and lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in content strategy and leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance metrics.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute content strategies that deliver results.
