Job description:
The job holder is part of a dynamic team that builds and guards National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS)'s profile as a trusted leader in oral healthcare and fosters the Centre's academic medicine aspirations through excellent communications to showcase NDCS' strengths and desired positioning.
Job Responsibilities- Be part of the team to showcase the importance of oral health and how this impacts physical and overall health.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive communications, including media communications, leadership communications such as speeches, memos and focused engagements.
- Manage the editorial content calendar and keep staff engaged on key happenings and milestones in NDCS.
- Work with different stakeholders and departments, and with SingHealth on patient education materials, videos as well as internal events.
- Assist in crisis communications.
- Represent corporate communications in selected committee meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- University degree
- Strong writing skills
- At least 5-8 years relevant experience in corporate communications
- Strong in project management and able to multi-task and drive multi-faceted campaigns and deliver outcomes by set deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written command of English and a second language
- Confident, self-driven, meticulous, with high emotional quotient
- Able to use Adobe Photoshop or Canva, and Capcut (or any other video software) to adopt new/emerging technologies or software as and when required
