Marketing Assistant / Creative Intern

The ideal Doll will have a strong interest in social media and marketing and the ability to plan and execute compelling visual content across multiple channels. If you are passionate about beauty and marketing, we would love for you to be part of our Doll Team!

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Communicate directly with brand partners to encourage a trusting relationship
• Create content calendar, brainstorm creative copy and upload posts for all social media channels - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• Curate content in line with brand’s identity for all marketing channels & website
• Propose campaigns and activations to deepen engagement with our consumers
• Communicate and keep up with byCaxs's KOLS
• Head community management on social media – interacting with followers, responding to comments and DMs
• Ideate and produce campaign shoots during new launch
• Work with the design team to produce design assets for content, campaigns, and activations
• Measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns on a weekly basis
• Assist in all other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company

• Possess a strong comprehension of brand’s identity, products and target audience
• A natural passion & enthusiasm for all things beauty & social media.
• A flair for creativity & strong sense of aesthetics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active on min 2 social media channels (Instagram/Facebook)
• Thrives within a team environment & works well with others – equally reliable when working on your own initiative
• Ability to create photo/video content is a plus
• Ability to use Photoshop/Ai is a plus
• Minimum 1 year commitment
