Commercial & Shipping Operations Coordinator

Coordinate daily commercial and shipping operations activities, including import/export shipments, cargo tracking, and delivery planning.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers regarding operational matters.
- Prepare quotations, shipping documents, invoices, and related operational documentation.
- Monitor order processing and shipment execution to ensure timely coordination.
- Support customer account and general business development activities.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export operations required.
- Knowledge of ocean freight, shipment coordination, and shipping documentation preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.
- English proficiency required. Greek language knowledge will be considered an advantage due to predominantly Greek-speaking clientele and business partners.
