The Role
We are looking for an Interior Designer who is keen to develop depth in design and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle — from concept development through to site execution and completion.
You will work closely on real, built projects, not just conceptual studies.
Responsibilities- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning
- Prepare mood boards, drawings, and presentation materials
- Assist in design development, detailing, and coordination
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Participate in site coordination and project implementation
- Support project delivery to meet design intent and quality standards
- Degree in Interior Design or related discipline
- 2–5 years’ experience in interior design
- Strong understanding of space planning and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, professional, and willing to learn
- Exposure to end-to-end projects, from concept to completion
- Guidance and mentorship from experienced designers
- Stable studio with long-term clients and diverse project types
- Opportunity to grow design capability, not just produce drawings
- Are only looking for fast portfolio images
- Prefer styling over space planning and problem-solving
- Are uncomfortable with structure, accountability, or timelines
