Sales Officer ( Corporate Banking/ Trade Products)

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in corporate banking and a strong understanding of trade finance products. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Managers to service a portfolio of commodity clients, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our trade business.

1. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Managers, Product Managers, Relationship Managers and Operations throughout the sales cycle for various trade products, including Documentary Trade, Commodity & Structured Trade, and Open Account Trade (Accounts Receivable Purchase and Supply Chain Finance).
• Support the management of a portfolio of commodity clients, ensuring effective trade utilization and working to deepen client relationships to drive asset and revenue growth.
• Proactively manage client expectations, gather feedback on service quality, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the overall client experience.
• Perform daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting tasks, and assist with business implementation and maintenance-related activities.
• Proactively manage risks and controls within the scope of responsibilities.

1. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking
• Experience in Documentary Trade, including Commodity and Structured Trade Finance is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• The ideal candidate is a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and task-oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
