Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 month contract)

Manage recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions on job boards and social platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Team player
- Able to commit for at least 6 months contract
- Able to start work immediate or within short period of time.
