- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic admin tasks
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
