Part-Time Brand Ambassador (SG)

Job Overview

Support Zenyum’s on-ground marketing activations by representing the brand at roadshows and offline events. As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Zenyum—engaging the public, introducing our products and invisible aligners, and generating quality leads for Smile Checks and dental appointments.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Proactively approach and engage passers-by at roadshow locations
• Introduce and promote Zenyum products and invisible aligners
• Engage and qualify potential customers based on campaign objectives
• Capture leads for Smile Checks and dental appointments

• Support daily roadshow setup and teardown activities
• Manage product stock and conduct end-of-event stock takes
• Ensure accurate lead capture and basic reporting

• Represent Zenyum professionally and in line with brand guidelines
• Deliver a positive, friendly, and consistent brand experience
• Assist with ad-hoc on-ground tasks as required

• Weekdays and weekends (AM / PM shifts)
• 8 hours per shift (inclusive of a 1-hour break)

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn and interact with the public
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
