Our client is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager (Pharmaceutical Oral Solid Dosage) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Manage demand and supply: Develop and oversee production and inventory plans to meet market demands, analyzing forecasts and resolving related issues.
- Lead procurement efforts: Source raw materials and packaging components while managing supplier relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate logistics: Oversee transportation and delivery of products, adhering to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and managing import/export operations.
- Optimize inventory control: Monitor stock levels and expiration dates, implementing effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain processes that comply with cGMP and local regulatory requirements, keeping the organization audit-ready.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Develop your team: Lead, mentor, and cultivate the supply chain team, fostering performance and accountability.
- Educational background: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field. Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are advantageous.
- Relevant experience: 6-8 years in supply chain management, including experience in a pharmaceutical environment and global sourcing.
- Leadership skills: Strong abilities in leadership, negotiation, financial analysis, and project management.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and a solid understanding of industry regulations (e.g., GMP, GDP).
- Organizational prowess: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Professional integrity: High level of professionalism ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to industry standards.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving in a highly regulated environment.
