Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Client Management- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the luxury fashion apparel sector.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to client inquiries, issues, and service requests.
- Maintain high standards of service levels in accordance with client SLAs and internal KPIs.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in managing and developing client relationships.
- Supervise and guide a team of junior customer service executives and warehouse assistants.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support training to improve service efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure team productivity and compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments (local and international).
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, courier companies, and customs brokers for import/export matters.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing.
- Monitor stock levels, discrepancies, and returns for assigned clients.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse-customer service integration.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
- Understanding of luxury fashion logistics standards and customer expectations is a strong advantage.
