Responsibilities:

• Telemarketing
• Greet and welcome Customers as soon as they arrive at the Salon
• Direct Customer to the appropriate Consultant/Beautician
• Answering phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material
• Update calendars and schedule appointments
• Handle POS, and cashiering duties, manage and keep proper records of daily payments received
• Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly
• Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Ensure all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Relevant customer service experience
• Able to work on weekends and retail hours according to roster-ed shift
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and work with people across different levels
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations
• Pleasant disposition & energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
