We are a consultancy firm providing accounting, tax, and compliance services to clients within the fund management sector. We are seeking a capable and motivated individual to join our team as a Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, draft, and implement a comprehensive Compliance Manual, including policies and procedures.
- Review and update compliance frameworks in line with changes in legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures across the company.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and relevant agencies to address, clarify, and resolve compliance-related matters.
- Provide guidance on licensing requirements and coordinate with regulators on licensing issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in audit (internal or external) or compliance within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Analytical mindset with strong logical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
