• Job Responsibilities
• Pack and prepare orders for daily delivery and courier dispatch
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth delivery arrangements
• Update order status and manage e-commerce system entries
• Perform data entry, filing, and basic documentation
• Receive, inspect, and issue stock accurately
• Conduct daily stock counts and inventory checks
• Maintain inventory records and stock movement control (in/out)
• Prepare basic inventory reports when required
• Carry, lift, load, and unload goods safely
• Maintain clean and organised warehouse environment
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Requirements
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a good working attitude
• Able to work independently when required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to do lifting and movement of goods
• Prior warehouse/e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required
