They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to support accurate invoicing and smooth financial operations.

The Opportunity

My client is a well-established global freight forwarder with an extensive network across multiple regions, specializing in automotive and high-tech industries. Renowned for professionalism and tailored solutions, they deliver reliable supply chain services and support complex logistics needs.

• Permanent and stable opportunity
• Training provided
• Location: Alps (transportation provided the east)
• Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6:30pm)
• Salary up to $4000+ AWS + VB

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices in accordance with customer contracts and company policies
• Review and reconcile billing statements to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and handle billing disputes
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation
• Support month-end billing and financial reporting processes

The Talent:

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Proficiency in import/ export documentation and familiarity with Tradenet will be advantageous.
