We are looking for a Sales Manager (Commercial Leasing and Property).

Job Scope

Sales & Business Development
  • Drive property sales and leasing performance across multiple projects, consistently achieving targets while expanding business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with property agents, developers, investors, and clients to generate leads and grow the pipeline.
  • Conduct presentations, site viewings, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting through CRM systems (e.g., Podio).
Marketing & Strategy
  • Manage show flats and on-site activities to ensure a compelling and professional sales environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives that enhance buyer engagement and brand presence.
  • Track market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies and optimize project performance.
Client & Partner Management
  • Oversee the full client lifecycle—from initial enquiry to post-sales support—ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with contractors, interior designers, and property partners to ensure smooth handovers and follow-ups.
  • Engage, brief, and support agents through training and updates to sustain strong sales momentum.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with Directors and senior management to develop business strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven experience in property development sales, with hands-on involvement in unit sales, project launches, or leasing management
  • Strong network within the property, developer, and agent community, CRM proficiency (preferably Podio),
  • Microsoft Office skills, and understanding of sales strategies in residential/commercial real estate
  • Property Sales Certificate is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan and execute sales strategies independently
  • Results-driven and proactive leadership mindset
  • Client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior sales staff
