Job Responsibilities
- Design structured massage programs tailored for various needs (e.g., stress relief, muscle recovery etc.).
- Define session sequences, durations, targeted body areas, and specific massage techniques for each program.
- Document appropriate massage techniques for each massage program (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, trigger point therapy).
- Develop features related to massage technique guides, and personalized wellness plans.
- Create modules or guides showcasing various massage techniques, benefits etc.
- Certificate in TCM or higher
- Minimum 10 years of working experience
- Knowledge in Mechatronics Engineering background will be advantageous
- Microsoft Skill (Excel, Winword, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Able to create Macros using VBA will be advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners
- Overseas travel is essential
