We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to grow and manage sales across vending machines, hotel/restaurant (HORECA), and distributor channels. This role is key to expanding our footprint in the foodservice sector and ensuring consistent product availability and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vending Channel:
• Manage and monitor vending machine sales and stock levels.
• Coordinate with internal operations and drivers to ensure timely restocking.
• Analyze performance data and propose initiatives to increase vending machine sales.
• Hotel/Restaurant (HORECA):
• Identify and approach new F&B clients (hotels, cafes, restaurants).
• Conduct tastings, build product knowledge, and close B2B deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasers, and outlet managers.
• Distributor/Wholesale Channel:
• Work closely with distributors to ensure smooth product flow and proper product placement.
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and sales performance.
• Explore new distributor partnerships and retail expansion opportunities.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and report on sales targets, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Provide weekly updates to the Business Development or Sales Director.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience in food & beverage, vending, or HORECA channels preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable traveling around Singapore for client visits.
• Familiarity with food handling or FMCG products is a bonus.
