Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor inventory and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive work attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Uniform and Duty meals will be provided
