Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor inventory and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Uniform and Duty meals will be provided
