Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
Ensure adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Monitor inventory and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment
Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Positive work attitude with attention to detail
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
Uniform and Duty meals will be provided
