1. Sales Engineer (Genset)/Data Center /Up $6,500 + $250 Allowance

• Source new business opportunities, analyzing market strategies, and evaluate requirements.
• Works with teams to close deals and build good relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure data is entry into CRM and generate forecasts for budget & sales targets.
• Assess engagement required from distribution to ensure closing the deal.
• Provides guidance for price and quotation strategy to distribution network.
• Support in strategic alliances to expand solution, products, services; and business networking.
• Provide Data Center related marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers
• Analyze sales data for management, present for marketing collateral, trade journals & conferences.
• Promoting Data Center power products and solutions, industry standards, design and integration.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in Data Center segment
• Knowledge in power generation products, and able to traveling up to 50% frequencies

• Manage sales leads to ensure timely fulfilment and profitability of business unit.
• Provide sales forecast & pipeline plans to management.
• Promote Aftermarket products to distributors, and develop sales strategies to target new opportunities.
• Study various diesel industrial engines & provide support to distributors.
• Optimizes inventory level to achieve low stock-up cost and satisfactory parts availability.
• Maintains records of all projects, pricings, sales, and activity reports
• Presentations for sales representatives, customers, and prospects
• Leads in continuous improvement projects in cross-functional areas.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to commit traveling in the APAC region (10-15%)
• Knowledgeable on spare parts/power generation products
