Airfreight Import Customer Service Executive
- Location : Changi
- Working hours : 5.25 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm | Alternate Saturday: 9am - 1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Transport Provided: Tanah Merah and Tampines Pick Up Point + Medical and Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end airfreight import/export shipments (booking, documentation, customs clearance, billing & closure)
- Coordinate with airlines, agents, trucking partners & customers to ensure smooth execution
- Handle inquiries, resolve operational issues and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in airfreight import/export customer service or operations
- Strong knowledge of shipment documentation & customs requirements
- Hands-on Cargowise experience preferred
