IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support. If you have experience in IT troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and providing user support, we want to hear from you.

This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience.

Working Location: Bugis Flagship Store
Working Hours: Mondays to Sundays, 11.00 AM - 9.30 PM
5 Days work week

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems. Notebooks, Smartphones, and tablets as well
Install new software and hardware on computers
Identify and resolve hardware or software issues
Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job
Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Collaborating with other service centers and partners on repair services

Requirements:

Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, and above or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and accuracy
