Geylang - R&D Lab Executive (Chemical, Food Processing)

Location: Biopolis (One North)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the commercial team to support customer requirements and project needs
• Conduct research and support new product development (NPD) projects, including oil processing and processing optimization based on market demand
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for specialty fats applications in the food industry, particularly in margarine and confectionery fats
• Assist the R&D team in quality evaluations and the development of sample processes and standard procedures
• Drive process optimization initiatives using new equipment and raw materials.
• Conduct internal product training and support product trials in the workshop.
• Manage assigned R&D projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• No experience required as training will be provide.
• Strong interest in product development and food processing.
• Willingness occasional travel frequently to Indonesia for business need.
