Job Summary- Up to $3000
- Monday – Friday
- Office Hours
- Clementi
- Handle import and export shipping documentation
- Process TradeNet permit declarations and customs clearance
- Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of shipping documents
- Support daily logistics and shipping operations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Experience in shipping / logistics / freight forwarding preferred
- Familiar with TradeNet and customs declaration process
- Knowledge of import/export documentation will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
