Maintenance Technician [ Train Aircon | Training Provided ] - Bukit Batok

About the role

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the air conditioning systems across our fleet of trains. This is a hands-on role based at the train stations island-wide.

1. Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on train air conditioning units
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems
3. Repair or replace faulty components
4. Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
5. Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of equipment
6. Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

1. Certificate of CSOC ("Work at Height") or willingness to obtain it before starting work (cost claimable from the company)
2. Skills or knowledge in air conditioning, refrigeration or a related technical/electrical disciplines
3. Open to candidates with no prior experience as training will be provided
4. Basic computer skills for inspection and reporting purposes
5. Willing to work night shifts or overtime when required
6. Ability to speak or read Mandarin is an advantage
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills
