Yishun - Senior Manager (Strategic Planning)

Job Scope

Responsible for the overall strategic planning of the company, support the company strategic management system, medium and long-term strategy, and monitor strategic plan implementation.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs in the industry, providing strategic advice to management team.
• Work with strategic team to develop and update the company long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with industry development trends and market demands.
• Lead cross-function teams to promote the implementation of strategies, ensuring the consistency and synergy of departmental objectives.
• Monitor the progress of strategy implementation, report regularly to management, and adjust strategic directions based on market changes.
• Support management team on the company annual plan, including annual KPI goals and budget plans, to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with external research and consulting agencies, investment institutions, prepare feasibility reports related to the strategic projects, and carry out relevant strategic projects.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related fields
• Familiarity with market dynamics, technological trends, and industry standards
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of extracting key information from complex market environments.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, able to effectively collaborate with team members at different levels and backgrounds.
• Excellent project management and execution skills, able to work under pressure and achieve goals.
• Candidate with experience in semi-conductor industry will be an advantage
• Candidates with consulting experience and investment banking are preferred.
