Our client is an established global MNC with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As part of their plan to aggressive growth plan in Asia, they are now hiring a new Regional IT Security Analyst / Cyber Security Engineer (APAC) to be based here in their Regional Headquarters here in Singapore.
About the job
Reporting directly to the Information Security Director based out of Asia, You will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures that protect our cloud environments
- Maintaining the organization’s DLP strategies to prevent data breaches, minimize risk, and ensure data privacy compliance. The role will focus on identifying vulnerabilities in data management processes, implementing preventative measures, and working cross-functionally to improve security posture.
- Managing security incidents and investigate all security events until resolution.
- Participating in project reviews of information security architectures associated with each initiative.
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in Cyber security and information security. Exposure to Data Loss Prevention / DLP, Cloud security, ISO 27001 or 270002 will be highly preferred.
Proven track record in network security/firewall (Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto) will be of added advantage
Candidates with exposure in interacting with IT HQ out of Asia will be of added advantage.
