Job Responsibilities- Design and plan ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) and MV systems.
- Prepare and submit tender cost estimates and quotations.
- Conduct site surveys and manage on-site project execution.
- Coordinate and oversee ACMV installation and related services.
- Assist with the procurement of engineering equipment and materials.
- Supervise installation works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ACMV system issues when required.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV or building services engineering.
- Knowledge of Singapore's local codes, regulations, and industry standards is an advantage.
