Responsible for the overall functionality and upkeep of the property, ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and quality service delivery across all building and facility areas.

Lead a small team overseeing the daily running of facility services and outsourced vendors, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Review contractors’ work quality and performance to ensure maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks are completed on time and meet expected standards.
Carry out routine site walkthroughs to identify building issues, propose enhancement works, and ensure adherence to environmental and safety guidelines.
Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and prepare reports related to maintenance activities and capital projects.
Foster strong working relationships with occupants, contractors, and government agencies to support smooth building operations and high tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
Degree in Building / Facilities Management or equivalent discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience handling commercial properties.
Strong people management and coordination abilities.
