Technical Support & Application Engineer - Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical assistance to customers and distributors for product installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal staff.
Conduct product trials, demos, and proof-of-concept testing at customer sites
Escalate complex technical issues to the HQ engineering team in China.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Support the sales team in pre-sales and after-sales service and warranty claims.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical support and application engineering for industrial equipment (pneumatics, robotics, or automation preferred).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with HQ.
Willing to travel regionally for customer support.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience working in industrial products, automation, pneumatics, or manufacturing sectors
Prior exposure to multicultural environments or overseas markets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
