Investor Relations Officer

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting international LPs (Limited Partners)
• Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs
• Lead and support capital raising activities for USD-denominated funds
• Prepare and update fund marketing materials (pitch decks, teasers, PPMs, DDQs)
• Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including investor meetings and follow-ups
• Handle investor onboarding and coordinate subscription processes
• Maintain ongoing investor relations, including regular communication and relationship management
• Provide portfolio updates, performance reports, and market insights to investors
• Organize and support investor meetings, roadshows, and events
• Respond to investor queries and due diligence requests
• Work closely with investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth fund operations
• Monitor market trends and support strategic positioning of the fund

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• More than 5 years of rigorous experience in top-tier family office, asset management, PE/VC, or investment banking.
• Proven ability or strong potential in business development, fundraising, or managing investor relations (IR) specifically within the Family Office space is a huge plus.
• Familiar with Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
