SALES ACHIEVEMENT：
- Actively strive to achieve sales targets, and use sales skills and quality service to improve sales performance
- Provide guests with detailed brand and product introduction
- After completion of the sale, follow up the follow-up details in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction with the brand and product
- Strictly comply with the company's relevant sales rules and procedures
- Maintain constant attention and interest in fashion lifestyle and market trends
- Keep the store environment and goods clean, displayed and stocked
- Assist warehouse and store in product maintenance and inventory arrangement
- Assist with all inventory, transfer, receiving procedures and all paperwork related to transfer/receiving procedures
- Provide excellent service to our guests
- Make full use of store customer information, establish and maintain positive communication and contact with customers
- Solve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, and continuously improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Execute POS system processes correctly
- Follow all work plans, including attendance, professional appearance guidelines etc at all time and project a brand image;
- Attend all relevant trainings and meetings organized by the store management, and support regional stores;
- With a good team player.
- Excellent sales skills, Connect with VIC etc
- Good organization and coordination skills, excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and close deadline
- Advanced computer program skills like Microsoft Word, Excel and so on
- Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English would be a plus
- Personal interest for flatware, interior design and luxury products
