Job Description & Requirements

Our client is a dynamic and growing organization committed to delivering impact through innovation, collaboration, and storytelling. We are looking for a creative and strategic External Communications & Video Production Manager to elevate our brand presence and bring our stories to life through compelling multimedia content.

• Develop and implement the company’s external communications strategy
• Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, and executive messaging
• Manage media relationships and respond to inquiries
• Support thought leadership initiatives (articles, op-eds, interviews, speaking engagements)
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all external channels
• Monitor media coverage and report on communications performance

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content
• Produce videos for website, social media, campaigns, events, and internal-to-external use
• Manage external production vendors when required
• Oversee post-production, including editing, sound, graphics, and captions
• Maintain video content calendar aligned with communications priorities
• Stay current on digital storytelling trends and video formats
