Position: Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer (Construction / Fit-Out )

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working hours: 5.5 Days

-Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm

only standby at home for urgent matters
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 days annual leave
Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth progress, timely delivery, and completion of projects by site teams and contractors
Identify project issues and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and performance
Assist in tendering and preparation of proposals for consultancy projects
Coordinate closely with internal Quantity Surveying (QS) team and facilities team
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects
Experience in M&E systems and/or process piping will be advantageous
Proficient in AutoCAD
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
