Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Communication: Proactively engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calls to introduce products and services, respond to inquiries, and build rapport to foster strong customer relationships.
• Sales Support & Operational Duties: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing documentation, preparing quotations, and following up on sales activities to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Solution-Based Selling: Understand customer needs and propose suitable telecommunication solutions that align with their requirements, offering value-added recommendations that support business or personal use.
• Application Processing & Customer Service: Assist customers throughout the application and onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation while maintaining clear communication and providing a seamless customer experience.
• Performance Incentives: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, with performance incentives offered for meeting or exceeding goals, encouraging high productivity and motivation.
• Professional Communication Skills: Maintain a high standard of verbal and written communication, handling customer interactions professionally to enhance satisfaction and brand reputation.
