Position: ISO & Account Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES- ISO / Food Safety / Production Support
- Assist in food safety documentation and records maintenance
- Support product quality control and food safety monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety requirements
- Assist in maintaining ISO 22000 and related documents
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist in product labelling verification and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers on documentation and specifications
- Accounts & Administrative Duties
- Process daily invoicing and basic administrative work
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ensure proper filing of sales and supporting documents
- Assist in stock inventory checking
- Assist in report preparation and general office coordination
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Diploma preferred (Food Science / Food Technology or related field is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of HACCP / ISO / SFA requirements preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- At least 1 year working experience preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
- Able to communicate in Chinese and English
- Responsible, organized and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work independently
