Job Scope:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and proactively providing effective solutions to support their success.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns and projects, including product launches, activations, events, and celebrity engagements, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately, tailoring messages to suit different audiences and situations while presenting updates and ideas with professionalism.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute projects with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by recommending relevant services or solutions that add value for both the client and the agency.
• Remain flexible and positive in the face of change or challenges, focusing on finding practical solutions and adapting quickly.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management, marketing, advertising (experience in an agency setting is an advantage).
• Good communication skills and confident in managing relationships with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Interest in K-pop, entertainment, or regional marketing trends is a plus.
