Are you a seasoned Product Owner with a passion for driving large-scale digital transformation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, fintech-inspired environment? We're partnering with a leading global bank to find a Deputy Chief Product Owner to spearhead their Transaction Banking lending.

• Lead a vital transformation across 11 dedicated teams, focusing on digitizing and managing risk within a complex CIB Bank

• Drive significant impact in a role that spans both Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB)

-Be instrumental in a business that is actively cultivating a dynamic, fintech-like culture.

• 7-8 years as a Product Owner, ideally within Corporate Banking, financial markets or a complex sector, demonstrating a strong track record of success.

• Proven leadership capabilities, inspiring and guiding teams through complex initiatives.

• Working within the financial sector, with a strong preference for candidates from Transaction Banking, or Investment Banking. However, we are open to individuals from other industries with highly transferable skills.
• A "nice to have" would be familiarity with credit /RWA processes, although this is not a strict requirement for the role.
