We are looking for temp / contract PSA, admin and clinic assistants to be outsourced to our clients from hospital and other healthcare institutions.
Perm conversion based on availability/performance!
[ Full time / Office hour / Shift work ]
[ Short term / Long term & Renewable contract / With chance of conversion to permanent ]
Responsibilities:
- Registering incoming patients upon arrival.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Assisting in preparing patients for examinations.
- Verifying and updating patient records.
- Process patient payments, including inquiries, while providing clear explanations of charges.
- Providing assistance to doctors and nurses as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement of O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any field.
- Interest in the healthcare/medical sector.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed; training will be provided.
- Candidates with customer service experiences are preferred.
- Ability to commit to a long-term position.
